He leads a network of consultants with senior level experience in service parts planning and supply chain management. Nick has delivered and supported numerous service parts planning software implementations utilizing the SPM, MCA Solution Suite and Xelus/Click software packages, in industries including Aerospace and Defense, Airlines, Semiconductor Equipment and Industrial Equipment. Nick was the Director of Technical Services at MCA Solutions (acquired by Servigistics/PTC), and is a former Senior Consultant at Xelus. Nick lives near Philadelphia and is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.

With over 20 years directing multi-million dollar supply chain software implementations and consultants, Judy is a seasoned executive with deep experience in software project management. She continues to manage engagements while executing the day to day financial operations of the business. Judy developed SOWs, managed implementations, provided post implementation customer care and executed maintenance renewals of the MCA Solution Suite in the Aerospace and Defense, High Tech and Industrial Equipment industries. Judy was the Director of Project Management at MCA Solutions (acquired by Servigistics/PTC) and a Director of Consulting at i2 Technologies. Judy lives in South Dakota and is graduate of the University of Wyoming.

With 18 years functional, technical, and program management experience in aftermarket service planning related engagements, Mak will be drawing on his broader cross-functional experience to help clients align planning competencies to its overall revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction objectives. Previously, Mak was VP at Entercoms, focusing on developing its strategic accounts and delivering on customer promises. In this role, he drove transformative digital product enablement initiatives, bringing together parts planning, commercial management, finance, and fulfillment into an integrated thread. While there, he co-authored the white paper, A Tool is Not Enough. Prior to Entercoms, Mak was Global Services Fellow at PTC and Senior Manager of Professional Services at MCA Solutions (acquired by Servigistics/PTC). Mak lives in New Hampshire and is a graduate of Cornell University.

With 13 years’ experience as a Product Manager for MCA Solutions (acquired by Servigistics/PTC) and PTC, Michael is utilizing his vast knowledge of the MCA Solutions Suite and SPM product to interpret customer requirements and recommend and implement value add solutions. Michael was instrumental in the design and development of the MCA Solutions Supply Planning module (formerly known as Tactics) and served as the project manager during the implementation of the Supply Planning solution to the first customer. Michael lives near Philadelphia and is graduate of the University of Applied Science, Munich, Germany.

Since spending 13 years as a service supply chain software development engineer at MCA Solutions (acquired by Servigistics/PTC), Joju has spent the last three years as a technical consultant. While supporting customers SAP and legacy applications, he designs and develops solutions to enhance the capabilities of the MCA Solutions Suite. Additionally, he monitors the varying technical landscapes associated with the service parts planning environments and immediately analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves issues to minimize impacts to the day to day operations of the service planning team. Joju lives in New York and holds a Master’s Diploma in Software Engineering.

With over 20 years’ experience in the field of enterprise application software design, development, and support of service supply chain inventory planning software, Kewal brings his technical expertise and detailed analytical approach to support clients of Rusty Beetle.

Kewal spent nine years as a service Supply Chain Software development engineer with MCA Solutions followed by Servigistics, which was acquired by PTC. Within PTC, he held roles ranging from Professional Services Consultant, through Sustainment and Governance Lead Architect, and was a Principal Consultant for applications in the cloud delivery platform. Prior to that, Kewal acted as a Sr. Software Engineer and Project Lead in professional services, leading teams of developers and conducting systems analysis and database schema design.

Kewal currently supports Rusty Beetle clients as a Technical Consultant, sustaining, supporting and designing various customers’ Supply Chain and legacy applications. His current focus is Supply Chain implementation for projects in the Aerospace and Defense industry. Kewal lives near Philadelphia, PA and is a Computer Engineering graduate from University of Mumbai.

An aftermarket parts supply chain planning professional with over a decade’s experience as a trainer, delivery and functional consultant, Bryan brings his depth of experience to support Rusty Beetle clients in Aerospace & Defense. Prior to joining Rusty Beetle, as a Solution Architect for PTC’s Service Parts Management and Service Parts Pricing applications, Bryan led implementations and trained end users of SPM and SPP in multiple international environments and in a wide array of industries, including Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Commercial Aviation, Consumer Electronics, High Tech, and Industrial Supply. In those roles, Bryan leveraged not only his prior expertise as an application architect and a Senior Learning Consultant at Servigistics (acquired by PTC), but his appreciation for shared knowledge in a teaching and training environment with Thompson Technologies and Georgia State University. Bryan lives near Atlanta and is a graduate of Brigham Young University.

With over 20 years of project and client account management experience, spanning logistics and supply chain, high tech, environmental and financial fields, Amy brings a collaborative and team-centric approach to programs and project management within Rusty Beetle. On diverse and complex global engagements, Amy has directed and managed programs and projects for client and organizational success. She held Senior & Principal Project Management and Relationship Manager roles within PowerPlan, PTC, Servigistics and MCA Solutions. As Director Marketing & Public Relations with Flash Global Logistics, she focused on marketing, communications, process improvement, partner alliances and sales. Amy engages in continuing education and holds certifications for PMP®, PMI-ACP®, and PROSCI®. Amy lives in Oregon and is a graduate of Rutgers University.
